The global economic scenario is changing rapidly and India is facing the repercussions. What was modern yesterday is suddenly obsolete today. There is a great demand for managers who can keep pace with the changing scenario. In fact what the Industry needs in the new millennium are the managers who can take control and make things happen rather than just follow others. This was precisely my aim when I started Rizvi Education Society's Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research. Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research aims to develop a spirit of initiative in its students. The system of training and education practiced by the Institute ensures that it develops managers who are true leaders in all respects. It is necessary for our students to keep before themselves the national, economic and social objectives while trying to achieve professional excellence in the field of management.
